JUDGMENT JUSTICE SRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU : PRESIDENT The appellants are the opposite parties/Kerala State Development Corporation for SC & ST who are under orders to pay a sum of Rs.2000/- as compensation and Rs.500/-as costs. 2. The matter relates to the failure on the part of the appellant to return the original patta of the property which was submitted to the appellant by the late husband of the 1st complainant when he availed a loan from the appellant. The loan was repaid on 5.2.07. The original patta was stated to be misplaced and subsequently obtained and returned on 13.8.09. There was delay of about 2 ½ years to return the patta. In the circumstances we find that there is no scope for admitting the appeal. 3. In the result the appeal is dismissed in limine. Office will forward the copy of this order to the Forum urgently.
