Act 1986 For The Non Compliance Of Order Passed The Ho’ble State Commission Nagpur Bench In First Appeal No A/15/138, Appeal No. A/15/141, Appeal. No. A/15/152 The Accused Appeared And Filed For Dismissal Of Execution Application And Discharge Of Accused.As Per Judgment And Order Passed In Appellate Court The Accused Have Sent The Record For Measurement In The Matter Of NAP/36/0809 Under A Confidential Letter Covering To Deputy Collector S.D.O. For Taking Appropriate Decision Vide Outward No. 2489 Dt. 19/08/2017 And The Same Has Been Received By S.D.O. On 21/08/2017 Delivered On 4/5/2017 Therefore The Order Has Been Complied.

            The Accused Nos. 1 To 4 Have Complied The Order Of Ho’ble Appellate Court By Sending The Requisite Document To Accused No. 5 For Appropriate Decision. The Accused No. 5 Was Not Party To The Judgment And Order Passed In C.C.No. 179 /2011 Decided On 13/11/2014 And Also Before Appellant Authority Therefore The Execution Proceeding Stand  Dismissed And The Accused Nos. 1 To 5 Are Discharged.
