Both parties are absent. On perusal of record it appears that a compromise petition has been filed by the parties they want to disposed of the this case on the basis of compromise petition. Further it appears that complainant has purchased the parts of Mahindra motors from the O.P on the basis of consideration money of Rs700/ and O.P assured to the complainant the said parts is assent period for 6 month but when the said part has been used by the complainant and the party has been break down on same day and after complainant from the O.P denied for returning the said parts hence the said reasons complainant has been filed this case against the O.P Further it appears that during the pendency of this case the said compromise petition date 13/12/2018 has been filed and both parties stated in their compromise petition is that due to well wishers the said grievance has been settled but of this forum and they do not want to fight this case on that basis they want to disposed of this case on the basis of compromise petition Under such circumstances discoursed above the case is here by dismissed in full and final satisfaction on the basis of said compromise petition date 13/12/2018 which is a part and parcel of this order.
