Madhu Jain & Anr. Versus Jalandhar Improvement Trust & Others

 

Present:- Sh.Akbarjit Singh, Advocate Counsel for the Complainants.

File taken up today on an application along with Affidavit filed by Counsel for the Complainants to withdraw the present case as the complainant does not wish to continue with the present complaint as the OP have agreed to compromise the said matter.

Statement of Sh.Akbarjit Singh, Advocate Counsel for the Complainants recorded that as per the instructions received by him on behalf of Smt.Madhu Jain, Complainant No.1 that they have compromised the matter in question with the Opposite Parties and hence as per the direction of the Complainant No.1, he hereby withdraw the present complaint.

Further Statement of Smt.Surinder Kaur, Complainant No.2 along with Counsel Sh.Akbarjit Singh, Advocate recorded that she has compromised the matter in question with the Opposite Parties and hence she withdraw the present complaint.

So accordingly, in view of the statements suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainants as well as the Complainant No.2, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
