Statement of Sh.Rajesh Chaudhary, Executive Officer of JIT recorded that he posted as Executive Officer of Improvement Trust of Kapurthala and Kartarpur and also having Additional Charge of Jalandhar Improvement Trust from 22.12.2020. The amount in the said execution deposited by the Jalandhar Improvement Trust before this Hon'ble Commission may be disbursed to the DH, subject to the Indemnity Bond executed by the DH.
Further Statement of Sh.Karam Chand Sharma, DH in person recored that he has received a Cheque bearing No.433308 dated 29.12.2020 for Rs.5,87,195/- drawn on State Bank of India in his favour in full & final satisfaction of his claim in the said execution. As such, the present execution stands fully satisfied and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. Original Indemnity Bond, copy of Pan Card and copy of Aadhaar Card of the DH also placed on record.
In view of the statement suffered by the DH in Person, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
