Record is placed before the National Lok Adalat as per order dated 28.11.2023 for settlement of the matter.

Both the parties are present.  It appears that the complainant  has agreed with the proposal of the OPs to settle the matter at Rs.2,78,000/-.  Accordingly one DD bearing No. 519279 dated 28.11.2023 for Rs.2,78,000/- issued in favour of the complainant has been handed over by the OPs to the complainant as per settlement in between the parties. Money receipt has been filed by the complainant with endorsement “received with full satisfaction” on 28.11.2023. 

A petition has been filed by the complainant on 28.11.2023 to the above effect with the prayer for disposal of the instant Consumer Complaint.

Considering the submission of both the parties and the petition filed by the complainant on 28.11.2023, it appears that the instant matter has already been settled.

Hence, the CDF Unit-II, CC No. 194/2023 is settled and disposed of finally through the National Lok Adalat.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.
