No further material filed on record in order to show what was the income of the deceased Nitin Dabla at the time of his death, but it is stated that he was not an income-tax assesse. Counsel made further submissions and after doing so, he seeks liberty to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file the complaint before the concerned State Commission after modifying the valuation of the relief. The complaint as such is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. The complainant would be free to file a fresh complaint before the competent fora after doing the needful within the period of limitation.
