| Final Order / Judgement | 8.3.2017 This case is taken up today on the request of the complainant and O.P. Complainant is represented by Sri.Dr.J.A. Kantharaj.He is also the G.P.A Holder of the complainant. Smt. Suhasini Gowda has represented O.P. Both of them have filed terms and condition of the settlement wherein the complainant has accepted Rs.1,13,750/- which is equivalent to 1,750 US$ by way of DD No.882505 dated 07.03.2018 drawn on Syndicate Bank V.V. Puram Branch in full and finally settlement of her claim. Hence this complaint is closed as settled out of Consumer Forum. | |
