The Ld. Adv for the Op Nos.2&3 is present.

He prays for dismissal of the case as the complainant has sent a letter dated 17.07.18 addressed to the Manager, Samsung Service Centre, Berhampore stating his full satisfaction his mobile set after repair.

Perused the xerox copy of letter of the complainant dated 10.09.18.

It is now 12 noon.

Probably the complainant has been taking steps as the dispute between the parties has been settled as it appears from his letter dated 17.07.18.

Hence, the case be dismissed for default.
