                   Today the case is fixed for settlement. At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that respondent No. 2 has paid an amount of Rs. 5500/- as subsidy with interest in cash since 28.11.2017 till today and problem will be resolve within one month, so, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and requested that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
