                   Ops No.2 & 3 already exparte.

                   Heard. On 3.1.2017, Sh. Hitesh Kumar, Area Service Manager on behalf of ops No.2 & 3 appeared and has made a statement that they will make the washing machine of the complainant in working condition free of costs if there will be any problem in its parts within a week after deposit of the same with them by the complainant. The complainant in his complaint has also sought direction to the ops either for replacement of washing machine or for its repair. So we are of the considered view that end of justice would be met if the ops are directed to repair the washing machine and make it defect free after replacement of defective parts, if any free of costs within one week after deposit of the same with them by the complainant as per statement of Sh. Hitesh Kumar, ASM.  We order accordingly. The present complaint stands disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
