Case called out repeatedly. Both the parties are absent. It appears from perusal of the record that, the complainant has filed an application on 23/10/2018 for dismissal of the case in full satisfaction on the basis of the compromise in between the parties. Since then, the complainant is not appearing therefore, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. Application dated 23/10/2018 is allowed accordingly and the present complaint is dismissed as prayed by the complainant. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
