1. Jaideva Indane gramin vitark (Indance Gas Agency), through its prop/partner, village salwan, tehsil Nissing, district Karnal.
2. Indian Oil corporation limited, marketing division, indance delhi and Haryana state office 2^nd floor, world trade centre, babar road New Delhi-110001.
3. Name of the insurance company, if any is to be disclosed by the OP-1 and 2.                                                                                                                               …..Opposite parties.

                         

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Shri Sanjay Kumar, counsel for the complainant.

                                                         

                   Today the case is fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical defect and sought permission to file afresh on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.     

  In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
