          This appeal is fixed for November 23rd, 2017 for notice to the respondent.

2.      Learned counsel for the appellants has moved an application No.165 of 2017 to withdraw the present appeal.

3.      He has urged that compliance of the order dated April 01st, 2017 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Sonepat (for short ‘District Forum’) has been made as per order dated July 19th, 2017 passed by District Forum in execution application, so, this appeal be dismissed as withdrawn.

4.      In view of above, the appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

5.      It is ordered accordingly.

6.      The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
