          Mr. Punit Jain, Advocate has urged that Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Limited-opposite party has paid the entire amount awarded by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Hisar, that is, Insured Declared Value (IDV) of the Car bearing registration No.HR-20R-4141 owned by Jaibir-complainant, so, this appeal be dismissed as withdrawn. 

2.      It is ordered accordingly.

3.      The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
