We have heard Learned Counsel for the parties and perused the orders passed by the District Forum and the State Commission.

We find that registration of seniority no. 230, allotted to the Respondent/Complainant for allotment of a house in Dwarikapuri Special Registration Scheme 2005, launched by the Petitioner/Rajasthan Housing Board, Jaipur, at Pratap Nagar, Sector-26, Sanganer, was cancelled on a wrong premise that the residential address furnished by the Complainant was incorrect and he did not reside on the said address.  On appraisal of the evidence adduced by the parties, the District Forum and the State Commission have found that it is not correct as the Complainant is residing on the address furnished by him in the Application itself.

That being the position, we do not find any good ground to interfere with the impugned order. 

Consequently, the Revision Petition fails and is dismissed.
