Case called out. Complainant is present through Counsel. Opposite Party is absent. The complainant has moved an application for dismissal of the present complaint on the ground that, the Opposite Party has been restrained by the Hon’ble Supreme Court from selling his properties therefore, the present complaint has become infructuous. The complainant has made prayer for dismissal of the case with request to protect her interest. In view of the above, this application is allowed and the present complaint is dismissed. It is made clear that, this order will not affect in any way the rights and interest of the complainant against the Opposite Party.
