DHR is present through Ld. Advocate.

Ld. Advocate Rajdeep Das appears today on behalf of the JDR by filing vokalatnama and attested copy of power of attorney so issued by the JDR.

Ld. Advocate at the behest of the JDR files certificate of payment of money in the account of the DHR and in the Consumer Legal Aid Account of this Commission in compliance with the final order of this Commission. Ld. Advocate for the DHR also submits that the DHR has duly received the decreed amount.

Ld. Advocate on behalf of the JDR also pleads for necessary order to recall the W.A. so issued against the JDR for non-compliance of the final order of this Commission.

He has placed relevant documents which clearly reveal that JDR has paid Rs. 92,384/- in the account of the DHR and Rs. 10,000/- in the Consumer Legal Aid Account of this Commission, thereby complied with the final order of this Commission in C.C. 24 of 2020, out of which this M.A. case has arisen. Accordingly, let the W.A. issued against the JDR be recalled at once.

Office has to do the needful to send the re-call notice of W.A. to the concerned P.S. immediately.

Let a free copy of this order be handed over to the Ld. Advocate for the JDR for his information.

In view of the compliance of the final order by the JDR, the matter be and same stands dropped accordingly.
