Present:-      Sh. Balbir Sharma, Advocate, for the DH/Complainant.

                   Sh. Jaiveer Nandal, Advocate, for the JD/OP No.1.

                  

                   Today the case is fixed for appearance of JD/OP No. 1. Memo of appearance filed on behalf of the JD/OP No.1. At this stage, Ld. Counsel on behalf of the DH/Complainant, by making a separate statement, has stated that he has received an amount of Rs. 5,000/- by way of cash from the Ld. Counsel for the JD/OP No.1 and that now, nothing remains due against the JD/OP No.1; hence, he withdraws the present execution application on behalf of DH/Complainant, being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the DH/Complainant, the present execution application is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
