Learned Counsel of complainant has made a statement that the Matter has been compromised with the opposite party in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-. Counsel of complainant also stated that complainant is ready to return the set on receiving the cheque from the opposite party within two months. Learned counsel of opposite parties has also made a statement that company is ready to pay the amount of Rs. 10,000/- as full and final amount on compromise and complainant will return the set after receiving the cheque. Now she do not want to pursue with the complaint further and wants to withdraw the present complaint. In view of statement of both the parties, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
