As per the report of the office, the record of the District Forum has been received.

                   The Counsel for the applicants/appellants, after arguing for sometime, has submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the appeal, with liberty to resort to any other legal remedy, which may be available to the appellants, under the provisions of law.

                   In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs, with liberty as aforesaid. 

                    Certified copy of the order be sent to each of the parties, free of charge.
