Order No.04, Dated: 25.02.2015

Today is fixed for taking steps for service of notice upon the O.P. No.1.  No step has been taken for that purpose.

            The complainant files hazira along with a petition praying permit him to withdraw the case stating that the dispute has been settled out of Forum and accordingly he is not willing to proceed this case and he has prayed to permit him to withdraw  the case,

            We carefully perused the contents of the complaint and other materials on record and we hold that there is no bar to permit the complainant to withdraw his complaint.  H3ence, it is

ORDERED

that the petition to withdraw the complaint filed by the complainant, this day, is allowed.

Accordingly, the complainant is permitted to withdraw the complaint without any cost.

The case is thus disposed of on withdrawal. 

Let  a copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
