This appeal has been filed against the judgment of learned

DCF Jhunjhunu dated 16.10.2014 by which it allowed the complaint.

 

The complainant who is an electricity consumer had filed a complaint against a vigilance report prepared by the appellant where he was found using extra load over his sanctioned load of 10 HP. The learned DCF directed the appellants to conduct an investigation at the site and prepare a report and they were free to recover the amount as per the actual load which was being used. After this decision on 8.12.2014 an inspection was conducted and the appellant found that actual load being used was 12.5 HP. This report Ex.A-6 has been placed on record. Hence, the appellants are free to recover the amount from the complainant on the basis of the load actually used by him as per report Ex.A-6.

 

With this direction the appeal is disposed off.
