Harbans Lal versus Jagdish Auto Agency etc.

Present:      Shri Paras Pruthi Advocate for the complainant.

                  

        Today Sh. Paras Pruthi Advocate for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of thepresent complaint by submitting that he withdrew the present complaint due to technical defect and premission be granted to him to file afresh on the same cause of action. He has also stated that original documents be returned to him. His statement has been recorded separately.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Original documents be returned on deposit of photo copies thereof. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
