          The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist to file appeal against the impugned order, if so advised. Counsel for the revisionist further stated that certified copy of the order of the District Forum be returned to him.

Registry is directed to check the relevant rules, in case, if it is permissible under the rules then the same be returned to the revisionist.
