Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi vide order dated 30.9.2016 has stayed the operation of the impugned order subject to deposit of 50% of the amount awarded by the consumer fora below with the District Forum within a period of four weeks, which shall be kept in the shape of an FDR initially for a period of one year. Today, J.D.has deposited Rs.5000/- cash with the District Forum. Official concerned is directed to keep this amount in the shape of FDR initially for a period of one year. Sh.Updip Singh, Adv.counsel for the D.H.in view of the order passed by the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi dated 30.9.2016 has withdraw the instant execution application. His statement has been separately recorded. Consequently, instant execution application is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
