According to office report dated 29.09.2021, registered notices were issued to both the parties on 16.08.2021.  The registered notice issued to the respondent has been received back with the postal endorsement that the recipient is no more.  Further, it has also been reported that the registered notices issued to the appellants are not received back in the office as yet.  It has further been mentioned in the office report that the tracking report has been taken out from internet, according to which, the registered notices issued to the appellants have been delivered to one of the appellants on 31.08.2021 and the same has been delivered to rest of the appellants on 18.08.2021.  Accordingly, the service of registered notices issued to the appellants, is held to be sufficient.  Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellants.

It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing this appeal.  Hence, the appeal is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellants.  Record be consigned.
