                   Today the case was fixed for furnishing adequate security by the decree holder for releasing of demand drafts pertaining to awarded amount.

                   Adequate security submitted by the decree holder and made a statement that he has received two demand drafts bearing Nos.493117 & 493116, amounting to ₹34,000/- and 25,000/- respectively from this Forum today and in case any order will be passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, he will be liable to comply the same. He further stated that withdraws the present execution petition being fully satisfied.

                   In view of statement of decree holder, present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room with the observation that as and when any order will be received from the Hon’ble State Commission, it will be restored and will be proceeded further in accordance with law. Intimation of this order be also sent to the concerned Tehsildar with the direction to incorporate the entry of the land submitted by the decree holder being security in the revenue record. Photocopy of jamabandi be sent with the order to the concerned Tehsildar. Copy of order be given dasti.
