This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 against the Ops praying for direction upon the OP Nos. 1 & 2 to deliver a new Chevrolet Beat-LS (S. Silver) diesel car to the complainant or to pay a sum of Rs.5, 36,862 plus sum of Rs.12, 000/- as paid by Complainant and sum of Rs.1, 00,000/- for mental pain and agony and damage.

Today the complainant is present personally and has filed a withdrawal petition stating that he has settled the dispute amicably with the Ops and he is not interested to proceed with the case any further. Ld. Lawyer for the OP No.2 has signed the withdrawal petition with the remarks “seen’.

  Heard both sides.

  Considering the petition filed by the complainant, we find that the dispute has been settled on compromise by the parties voluntarily and as the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case we have no other alternative but to dispose of case being withdrawn.

  Hence,

                                        Ordered

that the Consumer Case No. 51/2014 be and the same is disposed of being withdrawn. There is no order as to cost.

                                    

Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
