Complainant present in person.  Opposite party represented through counsel.  It is submitted by both sides that the dispute in this case has been settled outside court.  A memo to the said effect has also been submitted, according to them.  In view of the settlement reached between the parties, the complainant has no objection to the complaint being closed as settled outside court.  In view of the above, this complaint is disposed of as settled outside court.
