ORDER

     Sh.Rohit Kumar, Advocate, has filed memorandum of appearance on behalf of OPs. Counsel for complainant put an endorsement on the front page of the complaint itself that he has settled this case for an amount of Rs.2,000/- for which he has received a cheque No.02013 dated 28.09.2018 amounting to Rs.2,000/- and thus he withdraws the present complaint subject to realization of cheque. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of cheque.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
