ORDER

           The counsel for the parties have stated that the parties have amicably settled the matter for a sum of Rs.2000/-. The counsel for the complainant has stated that the complainant has received Rs.2000/- by way of cheque and he wants to withdraw the complaint subject to realization of the cheques . In this regard,  he has appended a note on the complaint.

                        In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In case the cheque is not realized the complainant would be at liberty to  avail the remedy  available  under the law.

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
