                     Today the case is fixed for further proceedings. Power of attorney filed on behalf of OP No. 2. At this stage, the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant by making a separate statement stated that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and thus, withdraws the same.   

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
