                 File taken up today in pre Lok Adalat on the application moved by the learned counsel of complainant. Power of attorney on behalf of OP no.2 filed. Learned counsel of complainant suffered a statement that company is ready to pay Rs.2500/- in toto with regard to complaint of complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of order in the present complaint.

             On the other hand, learned counsel of complainant suffered a statement that in view of statement of learned counsel of OP no.2, she withdraw her complaint as the matter has been compromised between the parties amicably. Statement of both the learned counsel of the parties recorded separately.      

                In view of statement made by the learned counsel of both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties shall be bound by the statement made by their respective counsel. File consigned to the record room after due compliance.
