ORDER

     Heard. The matter has amicably been settled. Statement of Sh.Rohit Kumar, Counsel for OPs and that of Sh.Rahul Bedi, Counsel for Complainant have been recorded, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. Statement of counsels for the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties. It is made clear that in case the amount settled is not paid to the complainant by OP No.2 as agreed upon, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing an execution application.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Rohit Kumar, Counsel for Opposite Parties(OPs).

 

 

I have been instructed by OPs to appear and make statement on their behalf. The matter has amicably been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP No.2 has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1500/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement in this consumer complaint. The complainant has agreed to the same. The said amount shall be paid within 30 days from today i.e. 24.01.2019. In the event of failure of this amount within 30 days, it shall carry on penal interest @ 9% p.a after 30 days i.e. from 24.02.2019 till its realization. Appropriate order may be passed.
