This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to replace the crockery unit or to pay a sum of Rs.38,000/- being the price of the crockery unit supplied by the opposite party together with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from 10.06.2018 till date of payment and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, inconvenience and anguish caused to the complainant due to the deficiency in service, negligence and indifferent attitude of the opposite party with cost of Rs.15,000/- to the complainant.

The complainant’s Counsel made an endorsement that “the case is settled between parties”.  Hence, this case is dismissed as withdrawn.
