This is a revision filed seeking to set aside the Common orders dated 17.07.2014 made in IA No.191 of 2013 in CC No.233 of 2013 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-III, Hyderabad.
2. In the above matter, the counsel for the Petitioner filed a memo stating that as the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-III, Hyderabad was pleased to dismiss the CC No.233/2013 vide orders dated 07.08.2015, prayed to dismiss the present Revision Petition as withdrawn.
