Ram Gopal aged 33 years son of Shri Hari Chand, resident of village Rasulpur Khurd post office Sheikhpura Sohana tehsil and District Karnal.

1.J.M.D. Communication( ICP Karnal)SCO no.21, Ist Floor, Mugal Canal, Karnal through its Proprietor/ Authorized signatory(authorized service centre of Intex Technologies-Intext  Mobiles).

2.Intex Technologies Ltd. Corporate office at  D-18/2,  Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi- 110020 through its M.D/Authorized signatory.

                   Sh.Sahil Manager of Opposite Party no.1 on behalf of Opposite Parties.

ORDER:                   

                         Sh. Sahil, Manager of the Opposite Party No.1 made statement that the Opposite Parties are ready to replace the mobile phone of the complainant    within a period of 25 days. Thereafter the  learned counsel for the complainant made  statement for withdrawal of the complaint  that in view of the statement made by the Manager of the Opposite Party No.1, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of  both the parties have been reduced into writing.

2.              In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
