            It is admitted by opposite parties that the order passed in C.C. No.17/2017 was not received in their office for which further notice has been issued. In view of the decision and the opposite parties being aware of the earlier decision of this Commission, the opposite parties are directed to take step keeping in view the order passed in C.C. No.17/2017. It is made clear that if the complainant has any other grievance after settlement of the case as per direction in C.C. No.17/2017, then the complainant is free to approach appropriate Forum. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
