                                                                                        JUDGMENT

            This case was heard and reserved on 09.7.2017 for order but order was not pronounced for which matter was placed before us but none appears for both parties. This is a year old matter of 2017.

            We have perused the records and found that the complainant is a defaulter of electric bill and for issuance of notice of disconnection has filed the consumer complaint seeking waiving/revision of bill without any basis. There is no element of deficiency on service. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
