On behalf of opposite party, J. J. Motels & Hotels (P) Limited Sri Rohit Chandra, learned Counsel is present.
On behalf of opposite party, M/s Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited Sri Manvendra Pratap Singh, learned Counsel is present.
On the last date the Counsel for the complainant was absent. Again Counsel for the complainant is not present today.
The submission of Counsel for the opposite party No.01 is that the physical possession of the allotted Flat has been handed over to the complainant and the registered sale deed will be executed by the opposite parties in favour of the complainant within a period of one month from today.
The requisite amount for purchase of E-stamp will be informed by the opposite party to the complainant in writing within a period of one week and the complainant thereafter will produce the photostat copy of the purchased E-stamp within ten days. Accordingly the registration of the Unit/Flat in question will be done and completed on or before 14-08-2023.
Accordingly the instant complaint is finally disposed of.
It is made clear that in case if the above mentioned directions are not fulfilled by either of the parties, the complainant is free to move an appropriate application for recall of this order.
Let copy of this order be made available to the parties as per rules.
