It is ascertained that since the day of filing of case Complainant is absent. Where as the Op has filed their Counter version along with certain document which are never been changed by the complainant. Hence considering the submissions of Op and their documents, we are accepted their version and inclined to dismiss the case having no merit.

Accodingly case is disposed off.
