Case called out. Counsel for Complainant & O.P.’s are present. Counsel for O.P. stated that the electricity bill has been amended by his Client and Consumer is satisfied now. Consumer also paid due amount of bill Rs. 2,00,000/- and agreed to pay remaining dues by date. Hence in these circumstances a prayer has been done to dispose the complaint. Counsel for Complainant marked on complaint file that reason for cause has been ended. Complainant doesn’t wish to continue with the complaint. Hence on the basis of above conditions the complaint has been disposed. Enter the file in office records.
