| ORDER | The case is posted today for National Lok Adalat. Complainant is present & files hazira. The Ld. Counsel for O.Ps files hazira & present. As per petition of Complainant vide Letter No.1207, dt.10.10.15 addressed to S.D.O, Supply-I, Balasore & vide Letter No.1214, dt.26.11.15 regarding revision of bill. But till no action has been made on the part of the O.Ps today. The Ld. Counsel for O.Ps filed one Electric bill for Oct. 2015, it is clearly mentioned that, the petitioner will receive a sum of Rs.840.97 from O.Ps. This amount will be adjusted in consecutive monthly bill till adjusted. The excess amount of Rs.1,17,000/- is adjusted on the same bill for the month of October, 2015. Both Parties are agreed in this case today. On the light of above direction, the case is disposed of accordingly. | |
