          This appeal coming up before us on 31.08.2021 for appearance of both sides and for arguments and this Commission made the following order in open court:

            No representation for appellant.  Respondent in person present.  Today, it is posted for appearance of both and for arguments in list or for dismissal, but there is no representation for the appellant.   Though called twice and passed over till 12.00 P.M., there is no representation for appellant.  Appellant is also called absent, thereby showing that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case.   The appeal is of the year 2015.  Now, almost six years completed.  Therefore, keeping the appeal pending will not serve any useful purpose.   Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default.   No cost.
