          Both parties absent.  The complainant is absent even after repeated notices from this Commission.  The complainant has not turned up to adduce evidence before us to substantiate his case.  There are only two documents filed along with the complaint.  One purchase bill and a bill of switch.  As no sufficient evidence is adduced either by way of proof affidavit or through documents.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as we don’t find any deficiency of service on the part of the opposite party.
