Complaint posted for hearing on admission. Complainant represented. Complaint is with respect to defect in the tyres of the vehicle purchased from opposite parties. On going through the complaint it is seen that none of the opposite parties  resides or carries business within the territorial jurisdiction of the Forum. Further there is no cause of action within the territorial jurisdiction of the Forum. Hence as per Section 11 of the Consumer Protection Act the Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain the complaint.

Hence without going into the merits of the case, we dismiss the complaint with direction to approach appropriate Forum for relief.
