Final Order / Judgement   Today this present execution proceeding is fixed for production of vehicle No. AS01AX010040 by the Judgment Debtor and payment of Rs. 1, 25,437/- by the Decree Holder. The Decree Holder Smt. Mide Dirchi is present along with her l’d counsel Ms. L. Mariam. Judgment Debtor is represented by l’d counsel Mr. G. Charom. The Judgment Debtor has produced said vehicle after changing four tyres of the vehicle, installing new doormat, Jack and new windshield as ordered by this Commission. The vehicle is checked by the parties in presence of Member of this Commission and it is observed that the vehicle is repaired and produced as ordered by this Commission. The Decree Holder has handed over cheque bearing No.476445 dated 05.12.2024  of SBI Bank for an amount of Rs. 1, 25,437/- as payment of the cost of repairing of the vehicle as per order dated 22.12.2023 passed by this Commission in the name of Mr. Khoda Raja, the then proprietor of Ita Ford Service, Lekhi and same is handed over to his counsel Mr. G. Charom before the Commission today. However, the same is subjected to clearance by the Bank.   In view of above, present execution proceeding No.4/24 stands disposed of on satisfaction  by the judgment and award dated 22.12.2023 passed in Consumer Complaint No.124/24.
