This case stands filed on 20.11.2017 but the record would show that complainant after filing the case did not appear ever. Though there was defect in filing the application but complainant did not try to get it removed. However, on 21.04.2022 complainant appeared and prayed for adjournment and thereafter left his presence. Which compells this Commission to draw the inference that complainant has no interest in this case. Hence this complaint case stands dismissed.
