The complainant is absent in this case since long . Notice from the office of this commission was sent to the complainant for his appearance which returned back with an endorsement of postal department that complainant has left the place . so it is impossible to track the complainant who is absent in this case since long despites best efforts taken  by this commission .

\                                                 Hence this commission has got no other option rather to dismissed the case of complainant due to long absence of complainant .

                                                    As such this case is dismissed in default . keep the record on record room .
